A Two-Hour Private Mind + Energetic Alignment with Leonie You won't leave the same as you came. Sometimes you know you're ready for something to shift. You've done the work. You understand the patterns. You know what you want. But something still feels stuck, heavy or out of alignment. Other times, you don't know what's getting in the way. You simply know something doesn't feel right. That's where Frequency Alignment comes in. A Frequency Alignment is a deeply personal two-hour experience designed to help you shift what is ready to move, bring awareness to what needs to be seen, and reconnect you with yourself. The Mind Shift We begin with deep conversation. You bring whatever is happening in your world. I listen deeply, ask questions and work intuitively and psychically, sharing what I see, feel and pick up. We may uncover a pattern, belief or emotion that's been getting in your way. You might see something from a completely different perspective, uncover a possibility you hadn't considered, find a missing piece or confirm something you've already been feeling. There may be coaching, perspective, clarity, uncomfortable truths, tears, laughter and the occasional, "Holy shit. I never saw that." The Energetic Shift From there, we move into the Frequency Alignment itself. You'll lie down, close your eyes and receive while I work intuitively with your energy using sound, tuning forks, aura drumming and the frequencies I channel, alongside the otherworldly energies and guidance that have been part of my healing work for many years. There is no formula. No two people need the same thing. Sometimes the shift is immediate. Sometimes the session reveals the very thing that has been preventing the shift, giving you the awareness to finally work with it. Clients have described leaving feeling lighter, clearer, peaceful, grounded, reconnected and more like themselves again. Some describe it as coming home to themselves.
