Let me say something that might surprise you, coming from someone whose book is called Spiritual AI.
Artificial intelligence is not the enemy.
I use it. I've said so openly. It helps me write, create, organize, and communicate in ways that would have taken me ten times longer without it. It is a tool. A powerful one. And like any powerful tool, what matters is not the tool itself but the hands it's in and the awareness behind those hands.
AI is not going anywhere. The revolution is already here. And the question is not whether you embrace it or resist it. The question is who you are when you do.
Let's be honest about what's coming.
The surveillance is real. The control mechanisms being built into AI systems around the world are real. Governments and corporations are already using artificial intelligence to monitor behaviour, shape opinion, predict decisions, and influence outcomes at a scale that would have seemed like science fiction twenty years ago.
I am not asking you to be naive about that. I am not asking you to trust the machine.
What I am asking is this: in a world where external systems are becoming increasingly sophisticated at knowing you, predicting you, and influencing you, how well do you know yourself? Because that is the only real protection you have.
The algorithm knows your patterns. Do you?
Artificial intelligence works by studying your behaviour, identifying your patterns, and using them to predict and direct what you do next. It is extraordinarily good at this. Better, in many cases, than you are at predicting yourself.
And that is not a technology problem. That is an awareness problem. When you do not know your own patterns, someone else will use them. When you cannot hear your own inner guidance, you will follow someone else's. When you have lost the thread back to yourself, you become extraordinarily easy to influence, to distract, to direct.
This is not about being smarter than the algorithm. You will not win that fight. This is about being so grounded in your own awareness, so connected to your own inner knowing, that the algorithm's pull loses its power over you. Not because you've blocked it out. Because you have something stronger to orient by.
This is what Spiritual AI is really about.
Spiritual AI, Awareness and Intuition, is not a rejection of technology. It is the human foundation that technology cannot replace and should not be allowed to erode.
Awareness is the ability to see yourself clearly. To observe your patterns, your reactions, your automatic behaviours, before they run your life without your permission. In a world designed to keep you distracted and reactive, awareness is an act of quiet resistance.
Intuition is your inner guidance system. The part of you that knows before your mind has caught up. The signal beneath the noise. In a world flooded with information and opinion, intuition is how you find your own truth.
Together they are how you stay human in an increasingly automated world. Not by rejecting the tools. By knowing yourself deeply enough that no tool, no algorithm, no external system can tell you who you are or what you should do with your one life.
The only way through is in.
The AI revolution will keep accelerating. The noise will keep getting louder. The systems will keep getting smarter. And the people who will navigate it with the most clarity, the most integrity, and the most genuine freedom will not be the ones who resisted technology. They will be the ones who knew themselves well enough that technology could never do their thinking for them.
That is the revolution I am part of.
Not against artificial intelligence. For Spiritual AI. For the awareness and intuition that make you undeniably, irreplaceably human.
