Does your EX still have your energy?

𝘿𝙤𝙚𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙤𝙘𝙞𝙖𝙡 “𝙞𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨” 𝙨𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙡 𝙥𝙖𝙧𝙩 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙨𝙤𝙪𝙡?

You might not know this, but with every interaction we open ourselves up to connect and energetically share energy with people (let’s just cover people for now). The longer and closer the interactions are the more energy we give away or exchange….

You know that feeling when you leave a conversation and you feel drained? Or that conversation that leaves you feeling amazing... That’s what I’m talking about. Giving, taking, and sharing of energy.

We all have a “full cup” of energy that is ours to use. If we take care of it, we’ll have a full cup of energy to use every day. If you don’t take care of it, it’s like poring a little out of your cup into other people’s cups and if we don’t take care of ourselves, our cups will run dry.

Every relationship that we have creates an energetic “tube” or “cord” between us through which we share energy. As long as this cord is between us, we share energy.

If you are not aware of this energy exchange it could feel like you are always tired. It could also cause us to stay trapped in old patterns, like an energetic loop if you will.

Often this is an underlying reason for not being able to find another partner because we are energetically still connected to our old partners or that one-night-stand that you “connected” with. Yes, those connections open you to all sorts of energies.

𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙙𝙤 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙣𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙜𝙮?

I’m glad you asked!

There are few ways to do this. Let’s start with what you can do by yourself in order to start the clearing process and calling back of your energy.

• Find a quiet place to sit down. Make sure to have a pen and paper with you.

• Take a few deep breaths and become aware of your body and the room or environment you’re sitting in.

• Set the intention that you are going to find where all your energy is leaking to.

• As people’s names pop into your head, write them down. Even though we are focusing on relationships or partnerships, if another names pop into your head, write it down. Your intuition is telling you that there is energy being shared between you and the other person in some way.

• Once you have written some names down you can start the clearing or calling back process.

• Take one person’s name and hold them in your mind. Feel into your body…can you feel where this cord is connected. If you can’t feel this, no worries.

• Are there any emotions coming up while thinking of this person? If there are, there might be unresolved energy that you still need to process.

• If nothing comes up, visualize yourself and the other person with a cord or tube between you. Whether you cut, slice, dissolve that cord between the two of you does not matter. The power lies in the intention. You might want to say, “I cut this cord and call back my energy for the highest good of all concerned”.

• Once this cord has been cut and the connection has been broken it is important to “seal the hole”. Or close off the energy.

• Visualize the hole fill with beautiful pink or green healing energy. As this light fills that space, send love and gratitude to that person, and thank them for their part in your journey. You want to leave them and yourself in a space of love.

• Do the same for all the names you wrote down. This might take some time, so do it over a few days if you need to. More names might pop up, stay aware!

When doing this process doesn’t work, or you feel emotions come up when thinking of this person, there might be something that you haven’t quite dealt with. I would highly recommend booking a Soul Guidance session in which we can explore what might still be present in your energy and then feel into what needs to be done to clear, shift or heal this.

Once you have done the above process, I highly recommend a Frequency Alignment which will assist in clearing, aligning, and sealing your energy. I don’t want to sound boastful, but a Frequency Alignment WILL 100% leave you feeling more grounded, lighter, more connected to your intuition and in a state of harmony. The alignment will allow you to redirect your energy into the places that will bring you joy. Your cup will be full!
